为适应新形势,职务犯罪侦查必须不断更新执法观念、完善侦查机制、加强制度建设等,推动观念创新、机制创新、制度创新、手段创新、保障创新。实现这些创新,必须紧密结合职务犯罪侦查实践,从侦查模式、侦查决策、侦查重心、侦查思路、侦查组织等方面实现深刻转变,取得侦查工作主动权。

To adapt to new situations,the procuratoriaI organs shall continuously renovate the notion of law enforcement,com- plete the investigatory mechanism and enhance the system building to promote innovation of notion,mechanism,system,mea- sure and guarantee concerning the investigation of official crimes.The mode,decision,focus,method and organization of inves- tigation should be reformed considering the practice of the investigation of official crimes to realize the innovations above and take the initiative of the investigation.
