检察机关执法社会化,既是社会公众直接参与检察机关的执法活动,同时也是检察机关对执法社会效果的追求。英国刑事司法社会化对我国检察机关的执法活动具有借鉴价值。人民监督员制度为检察机关执法社会化创造了良好的开端;实行公开听证,是检察机关执法社会化的有益尝试;重要执法活动向社会开放,是检察机关执法社会化的有效途径;确立社会公益原则,是检察机关执法社会化的必然要求。

The socialization of law enforcement of procuratorial organs,that is social public directly participates in the law en- forcement activities of procuratorial organs,reflects the pursuit of procuratorial organs of social effect of law enforcement.The socialization of criminal justice in the United Kingdom has great referential value to China's practice of procuratorial organs. People's supervisor system provides a favorable commencement for the socialization of law enforcement of procuratorial organs; public hearing is a beneficial attempt of this socialization;open to society of important activities of law enforcement presents a ef- fective approach to this socialization;and the establishment of the principle of social commonweal meets the necessity of this so- cialization.
