西曲矿选煤厂浮精脱水研究

Study on Flotation Concentrate Dewatering in Xiqu Coal Preparation Plant

研究了西曲矿选煤厂浮选精煤的粒度组成、颗粒的表面电性质并进行了工业分析、元素分析和真空过滤脱水试验。试验结果表明 ,西曲矿选煤厂浮选精矿虽然粒度较细 ,但是由于煤的内在水分低 ,表面性质适于降水 ,可得到低水分产品 ,加入脱水药剂后 ,效果更好。

Studies the surface characteristics,consist of flotation concentrate size and industrial analysis,elementary analysis and vacunm flotation test has been done.The test result shows that although size in flotation concentrate is comparatively fine but lower internal moisture surface characteristics suit to reduce water is such that achieves lower moisture product,after adding dewater reagent,the effect is better.
