摘要
采用Miedema二元生成热模型,从热力学上估算了稀土铈和元素锡反应的热力学数据。通过金相分析、X射线衍射等手段研究了稀土铈与铁和金属锡形成的化合物。初步验证了用稀土金属减轻低氧、低硫钢中杂质元素对钢性能危害的可行性。
Thermodynamically , it was computed that cerium can react with element Tin by means of Miedema binary formation heat model .The reaction between Cerium and Tin in steel was investigated by means of OM and XRD .The experimental results show that Cerium can react with Tin to form compound consisting of Cerium and Tin . Therefore ,it shows that the method for reduction of the detrimental effect of tramp elements by use of rare earth metals is feasible.
