利用序外容量分析发电商的报价行为

Analyzing Bidding Behavior of Power Suppliers by Applying Out-of-merit Capacity

基于统一出清电价,利用序外容量,提出了序外容量指数,并利用浙江电力市场的运行数据对发电商的报价行为进行分析。结果表明,利用序外容量指数可以很好地分析发电商的异常报价行为,这对市场监管部门进行有效监管具有重要的实际参考价值。

In the paper, based on uniform price and the data of Zhejiang electricity market, Out-of-merit Capacity Index (OCI) is put forward by applying out-of-merit capacity and used in analyzing the bidding behavior of the power suppliers. The result that OCI can analyze effectively the unusual bidding behavior of power suppliers has practical importance for the supervision department of the market.
