In this paper, the concept of the quasinormal TL-subgroups of a group is introduced, and (some) important properties on the quasinormal TL-subgroups are obtained. On the basis of M.A.A.(Mishref) [7] and J-G Kim [8], the investigation of TL-p subgroups is continued.
