摘要
In this presentation we use elongated needles in management of TCM, differential dignosis of 468 cases of gastroptisis, satisfactory results were obtained, with care rat of 54. 5%, effetive rate of 43. 6%, and many patients agreed to receive the treatment. Patients treated with elongated needles had good effects, mainly applging TCM differentiation of Cyndrome and gathophysioc logicl characteristics of the stomach, we selected six special acupoints to regulate middle jiao, and the ascending/ descending functions of spleen and stomach, using special manipulations of reducing and re- inforeing method patients felt hot, comfortable and a good effect of ascending stmach sensation. This improved the stomach functions of transformation and receiving and the stomach tension also increased, so the patients symptoms decueased and then disappeared. Following the clinical observation, long needles shown to be specificly effective in management of gastroptosis with affeviation of the symptoms (four typical symptoms).
