运用工业竞争力绩效(CIP)指数对我国各地区的工业竞争力进行了排名,从工业产出和出口的技术结构角度对各地区在工业竞争力上的差距进行了分析,指出提高我国地区工业竞争力的途径是进行技术改造和创新。

The paper ranks the industrial competition ability among the regions with the index number of CIP, and analyses the disparities of industry competition ability in terms of technical structure of industry production and export. It points out that technical rebuilding and innovation is the approach to raise the regional industrial competition ability.
