摘要 由于部分水解聚丙烯酰胺在高温、高矿化度油藏中, 分子链发生卷曲, 使聚合物溶液的增粘作用明显丧失, 且柔性链易于剪切降解, 因此, 我们采用加入带有长链疏水基的疏水单体增强聚合物的链刚性与耐温性, 极性强的功能单体来改善聚合物的水溶性与耐盐性的思路, 采用水溶液聚合的方法合成了三次采油用新型聚合物KYP, 研究了引发温度对聚合物相对分子质量的影响及极性单体对聚合物在不同盐水中表观粘度的影响, 进一步评价了该聚合物的热稳定性与聚合物岩心驱替实验。实验结果表明: 极性单体AMPS与AMC14S的浓度分别在0 5%与6%时, KYP具有很好的热稳定性与增粘性, 其性能可满足聚合物驱油的要求, 具有较好的驱油效果。 Due to the actions of high temperature and high salinity in the oil reservoirs, the molecular chain of partial hydrolyzed polyacrylamide is wrapped,this phenomenon results in the reduction of viscosifying function in polymer solution,and the flexible chain is easy to be degraded by shear. So long-chain hydrophobic monomer is added into the solution to increase polymer chain rigidity and temperature resistance. In addition,high-polarity functional monomer is used to improve polymer’s water solubility and salt resistance;finally a new-type polymer KYP for tertiary oil recovery is formed by means of water solution polymerization. The influences of initiation temperature upon polymer molecule and polarized monomer upon polymer apparent viscosity in different brines are studied, and the thermal stability and core drive test by using this kind of polymer are evaluated. The test results show that when the concentrations of polarized monomers AMPS and AMC14S are 0.5% and 6% respectively,polymer KYP has much better thermal stability and viscosifying property.The above performances can meet the requirements of polymer flooding and can obtain relatively good oil recovery effects.
