分光光度法测定水中阳离子聚合电解质

摘要 阴离子染料能与水中阳离子聚合电解质形成胶体复合物,该复合物不溶于水和有机溶剂,通过离心分离去除。由体系中吸光度值的变化,可推出体系中阳离子聚合电解质的含量。 Anionic dye can form colloidal complex with cationic polyectes in warer. The complex is insoluble in both water and organic solvents and can be removed from the test mixture through centrifu - gation. The content of cationic polyelectrolytes can be calculated according to the change of avaorbance in the system.
