摘要
回顾1998年洪水期间哈尔滨水源地水质监测数据,分析得出洪灾加重了饮用水源地的污染。其原因是过度降水造成的地表径流,使面源的有机污染增加,低水温使得水体自净速率降低。为从根本上治理有机污染,从点源、面源两方面人手,合理分配污染负荷,及早推进污染总量控制的实施,是缓解哈尔滨江段环境压力的有效途径。
According to the data of Songhua river during the 98 flood , We draw the conclusion that flood can aggravate pollution . The reason is that excessive precipitation causes organic pollution. and the low temperature slowed down the speed of self - purification. In order to manage organic pollution fundamentally , it is an effective way of alleviating the environmental pressure in the Section of HarBin to distribute pollution load rationally and advance the implementation of pollution overall control early.
