碱性尿液标本中解脲棒状杆菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 目的对解脲棒状杆菌进行分离与鉴定,提高该菌检出率,指导临床合理利用抗生素。方法筛选380例碱性尿液进行常规培养,用ATB鉴定仪对分离出的革兰阳性棒状细菌进行鉴定,并用K-B法做药敏试验。结果培养检出解脲棒状杆菌4株,检出率为1.05%,对β-内酰胺酶类、克林霉素、红霉素、喹诺酮类、庆大霉素等耐药,而对万古霉素、利福平敏感。结论解脲棒状杆菌正在成为泌尿系统感染的一种重要的致病菌,该菌多重耐药,应引起大家重视。 Objective To improve the finding rate of Corynebacterium urealyticum and instruct clinic to use reasonably the antibiotics. Methods 380 samples of alkaline urine were incubated routinely, then the Gram-positive Corynebacterium species were identified by ATB system, and their antimicrobial susceptibilities were determined by K-B methods. Results Four strains(1.05%) of Corynebacterium urealyticum were isolated from 380 cases. They resistanted to β-lactams, clindamycin, erythromycin, quinolones and gentamicin with the exception of vancomycin and rifampin respectively. Conclusions Corynebacterium urealyticum is becoming an important pathogen of urinary tract. Clinician must pay attention to its antibiotics multiresistant.
