摘要
本文介绍了某舰改燃气轮机在其性能实验阶段有关故障诊断工作的概况。给出了在试验过程中准确诊断和排除该机的动力涡轮转子失衡,膜片联轴节传动轴结构不稳定,起动机脱落和整机结构三重点自激响应等诸多故障的实例。
This paper gives a brief description of fault diagnosis works performed in the performance test stage of an aeroderivative gas turbine engine. Several examples of precise diagnosis and eliminating of various kings of engine faults due to overbalance of the power turbine rotor, unstability of the laminated flexible coupling's driven shaft structure, accident of starterfallen apart from the engine and the triple point self-exited respond of the engine integrated structure etc.
