摘要
主要探讨了微型燃气轮机的变工况运行方式。指出微型燃气轮机系统中由于采用了整流逆变电力电子装置,不仅可采用变转速运行方式,同时由于其转速完全不受负载特性的影响,因此可按效率最高的最佳转速线运行。与无回热器的燃气轮机不同,由于受回热器的影响,其最佳转速线应为透平进气温度最高点所对应的转速线。同时提出了若压气机变工况调节存在采用可调静叶的可能性,则系统效率将有显著增加,并对此进行了详细计算。
The paper mainly studies on mcroturbine operation at off-design condition. Due to the application of electronic appliances, such as rectifier and inverter, the microturbine not only can operate at different rotating speed, but also can not be restricted by the characteristics of the load it drives. Therefore, it can operate at the mode with the highest electricity generation efficiency. However, the optimal operating line will be greatly affected by the application of the recuperator, which makes the line be when the highest permitted inlet gas temperature of turbine is maintained. In addition, the paper also involved the possibility of applying the invariable vane in the centrifugal compressor as the regulating measurement when varying operation as well as the detailed calculation about it. If it is done, the system efficiency will increase prominently.
