VEGF-A及VEGF-C mRNA在缺氧缺血性脑损伤新生大鼠脑组织中的表达 被引量:3

The expression of VEGF-A and VEGF-C mRNA hi brain of neonate rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)A和CmRNA在正常生后7日龄Wist ar新生大鼠和缺氧缺血性脑损伤(hypoxicischemicbraindamage,HIBD)后新生大鼠脑组织中的表达。方法应用原位杂交技术,通过正常生后7日龄Wistar新生大鼠HIBD动物模型,检测VEGF A和VEGF CmRNA在正常生后7日龄Wistar新生大鼠和缺氧缺血(hypoxic ischemic,HI)后不同时间点新生大鼠脑组织中的表达。结果VEGF A和VEGF CmRNA在正常生后7日龄新生Wistar大鼠脑组织中即有表达,生后第8天时达高峰,然后逐渐下降并呈低水平表达,持续至生后第35天(HI后28d);HIBD后新生大鼠脑组织中的VEGF A和VEGF CmRNA于HI后2h左右开始表达增强,HI后12h左右达高峰,其中VEGF CmRNA持续至HI后72h,而VEGF AmRNA持续至HI后14d。结论VEGF A和VEGF CmRNA在正常生后7日龄Wistar新生大鼠和HIBD后新生大鼠的脑组织中均有表达,但都以VEGF AmRNA的表达为主。
