摘要 研究干摩擦理论在航空发动机叶片组振动控制方面的应用,着重分析带凸肩叶片的动力特性及凸肩干摩擦副的阻尼减振规律。在引入凸肩干摩擦非线性连接元概念的基础上,将固定界面模态综合法推广应用于带凸肩叶片组动力有限元模型降阶;提出用阻尼因子解决凸肩干摩擦阻尼大小的度量问题;在稳态特性数值计算中构造了两步迭代算法,改善了Picard单步迭代法收敛性差的缺点。编制了相应的计算程序,完成两叶片系统计算模型的数值分析。 his paper deals with the application of dry friction theory in the vibration control of aero-engine blades, and especially studies the dynamic characteristics and vibration reduction of the shrouded dry friction damper. On the basis of introducing the concept of dry friction nonlinear connection elements, the fixed-interface component mode synthestic methods are applied to reducing the order of dynamic finite element model of shrouded blades. A concept of a shroud dry friction damping factor is presented to measure dry friction damping on shroud interface. A two-step iterative algorithm that is proposed in predicting the steady state response characteristic improves the bad convergence of Picard's one-step iteractive algorithm. The related computer programs are written in FORTRAN 77. The numeric analysis for the blade systems including of two blade is (completed) conducted.
