西安市“三反”运动初探

Probe into the “Three Anits” Movement in Xi’an City

建国初期,在党中央领导下西安市进行了一场反贪污、反浪费、反官僚主义的“三反”运动。西安市“三反”运动具有发动迟、规模小、持续时间短等特征。运动批判和清除了旧社会遗留下来的贪污、浪费、官僚主义等污毒,开创了一代社会新风,也出现了一些偏差,但从全局看成绩是主要的,失误是次要的。

In the early phase of the foundation of People’s Republic of China, Xi’an conducts a movement against three evils: corruption, waste, and bureaucratism under the leadership of the Central Party Committee. The movement starts late and lasts only for a short period of time in a small scale, but it criticizes and removes the evils that old society left over and opens a new social trend in Xi’an. Though there are limitations, seeing from the overall situation, its achievements dominate its faults.
