摘要
21世纪企业竞争环境将更加复杂,企业战略与结构需要针对瞬息万变的环境不断进行调整。组织文化越来越引起人们的关注,组织文化是在一定的社会历史条件下,企业组织中所有成员共享的一套价值观、指导理念、理解能力和思维方式,代表了组织中不成文的可感知的部分,是组织特有的传统和氛围。每个组织成员都涉及组织文化之中。在新形式下企业组织文化演变有新的趋势和新的特点。
The competition between the enterprises in 21st will be much more fierce and complicated, hence their strategies and organizations have to adapt to the ever-changing society. Organizational culture, a set of values that all the members share in the enterprise under a certain social and historical background, has attracted more and more attention. Its guiding principles, understanding ability and the mode of thinking represent the perception part and this forms the particular tradition and atmosphere of the culture. Under the new situation, the organizational culture will show the new trend and characteristics.
