摘要 目的:优化SFE法提取大黄蒽醌工艺。方法:用正交设计法和方差分析考察影响超临界流体萃取 5个因素及最佳萃取条件。结果:实验所得SFE最佳萃取条件为:温度 70°C、压力 35Mpa、甲醇剂量0. 6mL、静态萃取时间 8min及动态萃取体积 5mL。结论:SFE技术具有萃取效率高、速度快、操作简便等优点,可用于大黄蒽醌的提取分离。 AIM: To optimize the extraction of the anthraquinone aglycnes from Rhubarb using supercritical fluid extraction(SFE). METHODS: Orthogonal design and variance analysis were used to optimize five operational variables of SFE. RESULTS: The optimized operational variables of SFE were obtained as following: the temperature was 70 °C , the pressure was 35 MPa, the static extraction time was 8 min, the dynamic extraction volume 5 mL and methanol were used as modifier. CONCLUSION: SFE is rapid, convenient and accurate, and can be used to extract athraquinone aglycones from Rhubarb.
