摘要
目的:建立了雪域金刚胶囊(独一味等)中Phlorigidoside C含量测定的HPLC方法.方法:Alltima C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),柱温40℃;流动相为甲醇-水(10:90),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长239 nm.结果:Phlorigideside C在0.250 5～4.008μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999989,样品平均回收率为97.9%,RSD为1.1%.结论:HPLC测定雪域金刚胶囊中Phlorigidoside C结果准确可靠、快速、灵敏、重现性好.
AIM: To establish a HPLC for the determination of phlorigidoside C in Xueyu Jingang Capsules (Lamiophlomis rotata etc.). METHODS: An Alltima C 18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used and a mixture of Methanol-water(10∶90) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min -1 . The column temperature was 40 °C and the detection wavelength was at 239 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of determination of Phlorigidoside C was 0.250 5-4.008 μg, r=0.999 989. The average recovery was 97.9%, RSD was 1.1%. CONCLUSION: The method is sentitive, rapid and the results are accurate with good reproducibility.
