养血清脑颗粒治疗高血压性头痛临床研究

Clinical effect of Yangxueqingnao Granules on hypertension headache

目的:比较养血清脑颗粒(当归、川芎、细辛等 )与镇脑宁治疗高血压性头痛的疗效。方法: 96例高血压性头痛患者,按照就诊顺序进行随机分组,采用单盲 /平行性对照研究,两药分别治疗 20天为观察终点。结果:养血清脑颗粒组临床总有效率为 88%,优于镇脑宁组 65% (P<0. 05);治疗后两组Qmean左右和Vmean左右均显著增加(P<0. 01),Rv左右均显著下降(P<0. 01),两组间比较养血清脑颗粒组效果更明显(P<0. 01);两组均未见明显副作用。结论:养血清脑颗粒治疗高血压性头痛效果优于镇脑宁,是一个安全有效的新药。

AIM: To compare the effects of Yangxueqingnao Granules (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Herba Asari, etc.) and Zhennaoning Capsule on hypertension headache. METHODS: Ninety-six cases with hypertension headache were grouped randomly according to clinical order. The single/parallel contrast study was adopted. The two groups were treated separately for twenty days with two kinds of drugs and observed. RESULTS: The clinical total effective rate of Yangxuequingnao Granules Group was 88%, superior to that of Zhennaoning Capsule Group, 65%(P<0.05). After the treatment, the two groups Qmean (plus and minus) and Vmean (plus and minus) increased notably (P<0.01); Rv (plus and minus) declined remarkably (P<0.01). In contrast, the effect of Yangxueqingnao Granules Group was more distinct (P<0.01). The side effects had not been found in these two groups. CONCLUSION:The effect of Yangxueqingnao Granules on hypertension headache is superior to that of Zhennaoning Capsule, so it is a kind of safe and effective new drug.
