三花龙胆和东北龙胆地上、地下器官中獐芽菜苦苷积累规律研究

目的:研究三花龙胆地上器官和地下器官獐芽菜苦苷积累相关规律。方法:采用反相高效液相法。结果:獐芽菜苦苷在三花龙胆中积累规律,根>茎>叶>花,且随植物的花期而变化。在东北龙胆中积累规律,地下部分根、根茎和地上部分茎的含量相对高于叶和花,且茎在 5月份后含量逐渐减少,而根的含量变化不大。叶的变化比较平稳,含量很低。而花中由于獐芽菜苦苷含量太低,几乎检测不到。结论:可能存在着花期时有效成分向上输送,而花期后有效成分向下输送的趋势。

AIM: To study the related regulation of swertiamarin of overground and underground organ of G. triflora pall and G. manshurica Kitag. METHODS: RP-HPLC was applied. RESULTS: The content of swertiamarin in Gentiana triflora pall and G. manshurica Kitag.:Radix>Stem>leaf>flower, changed with the blossoming period. CONCLUSION: It may be a relationship between the content and blossoming period.
