摘要
采用离子交换法净化电镀cu-Sn合金废水,将其中氰化物及铜离子分别以NaCN和Na_2Cu(CN)_3形式回收,可作为镀槽补充液使用。净化出水水质达到国家排放标准,能用于镀件的漂洗,形成无污染排放的闭路系统。
The waste liquor of Cu-Sn plating bath is trealer by ion exchange process.Cyanogen chloride and copper ion of the waste liquor are recoveried as NaCN and Na_2Cu(CN)3.They can be used to electroplat again。Clean water can be used as plating solu-tion,Then it become a closed cyclic system without pollution discharged.
