摘要
136名接触石棉工人分为吸烟组和不吸烟组,作肺功能测定,结果表明,吸烟组FEV1,FEV1/FVC、DLco明显低于不吸烟组;吸烟组中FEV1/FVC、DLco异常者多于不吸烟组;两组VC、FVC无显著差异。运动试验结果:吸烟组ID显著高于,BR显著低于不吸烟组,吸烟组Vo2、Vo2moz明显低于不吸烟组。说明吸烟不仅可引起石棉接触工人阻塞性通气功能损害和弥散量进一步降低,还可致运动时心受限。
Abstract136 asbestos workers were selected and divided into a group of current
smokers and agroup of never smokers. pulmonary function and performance during cycle
incremental exer-cise were compared between 2 groups. Smokers had significantly lower FEV1 ,
FEV1/FVCand DLCo than did nonsmokers ;The subjects with abnormal FEVl/FVC .DLco in the
smok-ers group were more than that in the nonsmokers group ;VC,FVC between 2 groups had
nosignificant difference. During exercise , ID were higher and BR . Vo2 . Vo2 max were lower
a-mong smokers. We conclude that cigarette smoking was the major contributing factor to
theobstructive ventilative impairment and further reduced DLco in asbestos workers ,and it
alsohad a strong influence on the heart and lung limitation during exercise ,while inhaled
asbestoswas the major factor occuring restrictive pulmonary impairment.Keywovds Smoking
