试论职业卫生与初级卫生保健的结合

RESEARCH ON COMBINATION OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH WITH PHC

世界卫生组织明确指出“初级卫生保健（ＰＨＣ）是提供职业卫生服务的有效途径。本文认为，要在我国把职业卫生与ＰＨＣ结合起来，首先要把职业卫生服等纳入ＰＨＣ的内容，同各级政府以抓ＰＨＣ的现行体制和政策措施来抓职业卫生工作；其次在现有各级初保委员会中落实职业下生的分管机构和人员；三是按ＰＨＣ的体例制订职业卫生相应的指标及规范；四是建立健全必要的监督保障体系。

HO indicates that the Primary Health Care(PHC)is the effective channel for providingoccupational health services. This paper discusses the important significance, measure andmethod for combination of occupational health services with PllC among the vocational popu-lation in China.
