摘要
对新型双镜非平面环行激光器进行了详细的理论分析。此激光器的一面腔镜在激光晶体上,结构非常紧凑。振荡激光沿着非平面光路在谐振腔内振荡,在一个环绕迥期内多次进入激光晶体,可方便进行多点端面泵浦以降低热效应。推导出激光模式的理论计算公式,计算出不同振荡模式的腔长,给出了模拟的振荡光路。获得了各模式的激光输出,实验结果和理论模型符合很好。
A new type nonplanar ring laser, which consists of only two spherical mirrors, was presented and analyzed. One of the mirrors is coated on the curved surface of the laser crystal, so a more compact cavity is formed. The laser beam is reflected several times on the same cavity mirror in a round trip to provide the possibility to be multi-end-pumped, which can significantly reduce the thermal effect for a given total pumping power. The modes of the nonplanar ring laser were given and the mirror separations of different modes were calculated and the beam paths were simulated. Operations of different modes were performed and the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical model.
