摘要
虚拟装配是当前CAD研究与应用的重要技术,是虚拟制造技术的一个重要组成部分,其中基于Web的虚拟装配技术给当前装配设计技术提供了一种崭新的思路和方法,具有非常重要的研究价值。文章对虚拟装配过程和关键技术进行了研究,包括三维建模、虚拟环境、装配规划、实时交互控制和装配零件信息的提取等方面内容。在此基础上,以减速器为实例,利用CAD软件和虚拟现实建模语言VRML,构建了虚拟装配的交互环境和装配体静态虚拟模型,结合脚本语言Javascript,实现用户可以实时交互控制的动态虚拟装配,并利用anchor节点,实现装配零件信息的提取。
Virtual assembly is an important technique in CAD research and application and an important part of virtual manufacture technique. Virtual assembly based on WEB technique has very important research value for being a kind of brand-new thought or method to the technique of assembling designing at present. This paper has researched about the process and key technology of virtual assembly, including respects of three-dimensional modeling, virtual environment, assembling planned, making interactive operation on assemble target in real-time and acquiring part information etc. On the basis, by the use of CAD software and virtual reality modeling language VRML, we set up a virtual assemble environment and static model of gear-box. Combining with Javascript, it is realized that the process of virtual assemble can be interactive controlled in real time by the user . Besides, it is implemented acquiring the information of part by anchor node.
