摘要
雕刻表面球形铣削加工中,根据刀头的受力模型,可以计算整个刀具路径上刀头的受力。刀具路径上加工深度变化时,若采用恒进给率,则刀具受力是变化的,为了安全保险起见,往往按最大受力来选择较低的恒进给率,整个加工效率很低。采用变进给率加工,即加工深度小时提高进给率,使刀具在整个路径上受力均匀。本文给出了路径上力的计算仿真方法,以及分段进给率的计算方法,可以指导实际的加工过程,这样既保证了加工过程的安全,又提高了生产率。
During the sculpture surface milling machining,cutting force in ball end cutter along the tool path can be calculated according to the force model. The cutting force varied with cutting depth all along the tool path during constant feedrate machining. For the sake of safety, lower feedrate is selected considering maximum force with decreasing productivity. Variable federate machining is that higher federate is set during smaller depth to ensure constant force along the tool path. In this paper, the method of force simulated calculations and variable federate are presented. It can be used in practical machining process. Both machining safety and increasing productivity can attain.
