摘要
文章重点介绍了SolidWorks环境下,开发参数化国标零件库的方法及关键技术。在此基础上,又建立了相关组件库。其中库的参数化驱动是通过SolidWorks内置的Excel表建立配置索引来实现的。应用此国标零件库和组件库,可以减少广大设计人员的重复工作,提高冷冲模的设计效率和质量。
In this paper,method and key technology of developing GB parts library in Solid Works are introduced. Based parts library,components library is also created.The parameter drive of library is actualized through building series of part table and config index by excel in Solid Works. Applying the GB parts library ,engineers'workload are reduced ,the design efficiency and quality of product is improved.
