多臂推挽阶梯波电压源逆变器的设计

摘要 介绍了一种单相多臂推挽结构的电压源逆变器,并将其变压器的初级绕组设计成具有主辅双初级的结构。初级主绕组和主开关构成主臂,几乎87% 的功率通过主臂变送,尽管仅有13% 的功率通过辅助臂变送,但加入辅助可明显改善电源输出质量。给出了详细的功率分配和功率损耗分析,实验和理论结果均表明,这种电压源逆变器具有低开关损耗和低总谐波失真度的特点。 This paper proposes a single-phase multi-armed push-pull voltage source inverter (VSI).A transformer with master-assistant primary windings was designed.Almost 87% of the total power was transferred via master arms consisted of master primary windings and master switching devices.Power quality was improved through adding assistant arms,while only 13% of total power was transferred via assistant arms.Detailed power distribution and power loss analyses were given.Experimental and theoretical results show that this VSI has lower switching loss and lower Total Harmonic Distortion (THD).
