摘要
介绍了一种用于DC/DC 变换器并联电源系统的交错控制方案。该方案采用分布式控制,参与并联的每个DC/DC 模块都有自己的控制电路。该方案能够实现系统的并联交错运行,并且当系统中参与并联的模块数目发生变化时,能够进行自动调整,使得系统在新的并联模块数目下重新达到交错运行状态,从而实现自动交错。相对于通常的交错控制方案,该方案最大的特点是无需交错线,系统中各模块之间仅通过输出端与负载相连,此外无其他任何连接线,因此能够真正实现模块化,提高了系统的灵活性。无交错线的实现也避免了系统因交错线而引入的运行风险,提高了运行可靠性。文中详细阐述了该控制方案的原理及实现过程。研制了一台基于该控制方案的3 个模块DC/DC 并联电源样机,并进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,该方案是可行的。
This paper introduces a kind of automatic interleaving approach.In this new approach,a kind of distributed control circuit is adopted,which makes the system having the ability of automatically accommodating variables of converter cells and high tolerance of subsystem failures.Since no other wires between the cells are needed except the input/output buses,the system possesses higher stability compared with some traditional methods.In this paper,the main circuit structure,as well as the block diagram of the control circuit are illustrated.The principle of the automatic interleaving without interleaving bus is described in detail.A three-cell DC/DC converter prototype dasign on mentioned approach has been developed and some experiments have been made.The experimental results show that the approach is valid.
