摘要
分析了特定消谐Selective H arm onic Elim ination,简称SH E)PW M 电流型逆变器的工作原理及其特点,并对SH E 非线性方程组的求解做了说明,在此基础上进行了电路的仿真分析。此外,还研制了基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的SH E PW M 脉冲发生器。该脉冲发生器通过并口接收主控制器指令,根据指令控制脉冲波形的偏移角度并发出PW M 脉冲,脉冲经光耦隔离和脉冲分配后驱动主电路IGBT 开关器件。
The principle and characteristics of SHE-PWM-based current-type converter are discussed,the solution of the nonlinear equations of switching angles is explained,and the circuit simulation and analysis are also given.Be-sides,FPGA-based PWM pulse generator was developed,this generator received the instructions of the host controller through a paralled port and generated the desired PWM signals,which drove the switch devices IGBTs through a photoelectric isola-tion and signal distribution board.
