摘要
考虑表面式永磁同步电机的铁耗和铜耗建立损耗模型,获得了永磁同步电机损耗与电流之间的关系。根据电流和磁链的关系,得到电机损耗与定子磁链幅值之间的关系,从而实现了基于最小损耗的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制方案。仿真和实验计算结果表明,采用该控制方式与传统的直接转矩控制方式相比,虽然铜耗有了一定的增加,但是铁耗和总的电气损耗均有了明显的减小,系统效率有了明显的提高。
In this paper the relationship of current with loss of surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) is achieved by considering the copper loss and iron loss.The relationship between stator flux and total loss could be obtained by studying the relations between current and flux.The loss minimization direct torque control (DTC) of SPMSM was realized by using optimal flux value given in the compare unit of the control system,in which the total electrical loss was reduced even though the copper loss was increased.Simulation and experimental results have been presented and good performance has been achieved.
