摘要
分析研究了运用DSP TM S320F240)实现负载换流无刷直流电机驱动系统的方案。整个主电路是通过交-直- 交电流型变频器(负载换流逆变器)实现的。整流部分由单相全控晶闸管电路实现;逆变部分由晶闸管组成的三相全控桥逆变电路构成,二者协同控制完成对电机的驱动,这种结构方式大大降低了系统的成本。实验过程中,系统的控制策略在TM S320F240 中得到了较好的实现,并且电机的动、静态运行性能较理想。
In this paper,the performance of Load Commutated Inverter (LCI) brushless DC motor drive system using DSP has been analyzed.Based on the principle of the LCI,the primary circuit of drive system contains a single-phase rectifier and a three-phase inverter,both of which are made up of thyristors.So the low cost of the system is realized.The developed control strategy of the system has been successfully implemented using DSP in the experiments,and the experiment results illustrate that the performance under both steady state and dynamic condition is perfect.
