摘要
在三菱电机开发研制的M ELVEC 矢量控制变频调速(VVVF)系统中,采用了PW M 高功率因数整流控制技术,并使用了IGBT, , 等功率器件。该VVVF 系统已广泛用于钢铁(冶金)行业中。本文简要说明其电路构成的原理; GTO GCT重点介绍和分析了高功率因数的控制技术、控制系统的设计理念,并简述了装置中高次谐波的问题。
PWM high power factor rectifying technology has been adopted in MELVEC vector control Variable-Veloc-ity Variable-Frequency (VVVF) system developed by Mitsubishi.IGBT, GTO, and GCT etc. have been used in this system.It raised the power factor and widely used in metallurgic industry.This paper shows its principle of circuit structure,mainly introduces and analyzes the design concept of high power factor control technology and control system,and describes about harmonic problem briefly.
