At present, state-owned geological exploration institutions are facing three issues that need time to be addressed: pricing of state-owned assets; the burden of debt; status transformation of workers. In response, the paper points out that the key issue should focuses on property relations, and the leaders and workers should transform their ideas, strengthen financial management, and enforce shareholding reform.
