介绍一种水下电缆及绳索收放的在线测试装置,期望在缆索及钢索工作时测量张力动态变化,同时测出缆索的收放长度和判定收放方向。
This article iutroduces a on-line tension measurement unit with which the dynamic tension of wire rope could be measured under water and the rope length and direction could be determined when it is put down or packed up.
