摘要
客户关系管理(CRM)已成为目前企业决策管理的重要部分,而数据挖掘技术为客户关系管理的实施提供了良好的支持。简要介绍了常用数据挖掘技术在客户关系管理中的应用,着重分析了决策树分析方法和关联分析方法,并结合锅炉企业讨论了方法的应用。
CRM has been the important part of enterprise decision management and the date mining technology provides a good support for the implementation of CRM. This paper simply introduces the application of data mining technology in CRM and mainly discusses decision tree analysis and related analysis combined with boiler enterprise.
