Study on Unreasonable Government Costs for Civil-operated Enterprise of Our Country

民营企业的非合理政府成本阻碍了民营企业的发展。我国要减少与消除民营企业的非合理政府成本,应该规范政府与民营企业行为,建立新型的政企关系,大力发展民营企业行业组织。

The development of civil-operated enterprise is hindered by the unreasonable government costs. These costs should be reduced or eliminated and the behaviour between government and civil-owned enterprise should be standardised to build up a new relations between government and enterprise, to develop energetically civil-operated enterprise industry and organization.
