摘要 针对镇江地区的发展特点,应用先进的城市电网规划计算机辅助决策系统软件,采用国内领先的规划策略和优化模型,在科学合理的负荷及负荷分布预测基础上,对城市高压网架结构、中压配电网网架结构、变电所布点及供电范围进行全面优化,并完成可靠性定量分析和经济性分析,给出高水平的规划成果。通过电网优化规划,可极大提高电力企业投资效益,降低电网的网络损耗,提高供电可靠性,全面提高电网的运行管理水平。 First, the net configurations of urban high-voltage gird, medium-voltage distributing grid, the layouts of substation and regions of power supply were totally optimized, then the quantitative analysis of its reliability and the economic analysis were done, last the relevant high level programming results were presented, based on the scientific forecast of loads and its distribution, used an advanced software of computer aided decision-making system for urban power grid programming, and adopted one-up programming strategy and optimized model in China focusing on the developing characters in Zhenjiang area. The return on investment for power enterprises will be greatly promoted, the loss of power grid will be decreased, the reliability of power supply will be improved, eventually, the operation & management level will also be totally improved through using the power grid optimized programming above.
