摘要
针对200MW机组褐煤锅炉二次风风速和风量测量不准的问题,采用新型气体周向涡轮流量计和AS220-EA控制系统,使各个测点的测量值通过现场标定之后进行线性化处理,提高了二次风风速和风量的测量精度,也提高了二次风在线测量系统的可靠性,便于运行人员调整锅炉运行工况。
s: Focusing on the problem there existed error when air flow rate and speed of secondary air was measured for brown coal boiler of 200 MW unit, taking use of a new type air turbine flow-meter and AS220-EA control system, the result of measurement in each measuring point was processed by linearization after they were calibrated on site, with which its precision of measurement was promoted and the reliability of secondary air measure system on-line was also improved, operators can easily adjust boiler operating situation with the system.
