针对建筑企业内部人才流失现象,阐述了企业的各级领导应负起主要责任,努力从创建机制、注意效能、合理待遇、重视沟通等方面下功夫,从而使建筑施工企业留住人才,确保企业健康快速发展。
According to the brain drain phenomena existed in building enterprises some countermeasures are introduced from responsibilities of leaders, internal communication, building performance system, respecting talents and other aspects to retain talents and ensure the health development of building enterprises.
