阐述了塑造品牌已成为房地产企业在激烈的市场竞争中谋求长期发展和长远的经营战略,对其核心战略和辅助战略进行了分析,并提出品牌的维护战略,从而确保房地产品牌建设目标的突现。
Building brand image has become business strategy of real estate enterprises to anticipate long-term development and benefits in fierce market competition. In this paper based upon analysis of its kernel strategy and auxiliary tactics corresponding maintenance strategy of brand is presented to help real estate enterprises to realize brand target.
