摘要 利用近红外光谱分析仪对玉米HS-1群体的淀粉含量进行了两轮混合选择。两轮选择后群体的淀粉含量由68.15%增加到69.27%,实际增益为1.64%,提高了1.02倍,平均每轮增益0.84%。并对粒重的相关响应做了简要分析,分析发现,两轮粒重增益不同,C0为0.356g,C1为0.340g,C2为0.363g,两轮选择后的实际增益为1.97%。 The concentration of starch in maize population HS-1 was selected through two recurrences using near infrared reflectance spectroscopy. After two selections, the content of starch raised from (68.15)% of basic population to 69.27% which was 1.02 times of the basic population, and the actual gain was 1.64%, and each recurrence gain was 0.84%. And correlation response of kernel weight was analyzed. There was reiteration in two recurrences, and C_0 was 0.356g, and C_1 was 0.340g, and C_2 was (0.363)g. The actual gain was 1.97% after two recurrent selections.
