摘要
振动强化、抛光技术用于对复杂异型曲面工件进行表面强化、抛光处理。在三维强化、抛光振动台数学建模的基础上,用Matlab建立了仿真程序,并与结构设计同步进行,采用交互式方式确定了变刚度的结构设计参数。实际结果表明:这种设计方式是非常有效的。
Vibration strengthening and polishing techniques was applied to carrying out the treatment of surface strengthening and polishing for work piece with special complicated shaped surfaces. On the basis of establishing the mathematic model of 3D strengthening and polishing vibration table, the emulation program was set up. In step with carrying out the structural design, the structural designing parameters of varying stiffness were determined by adopting an interactive way. The actual result showed that this kind of designing manner is highly effective.
