四方相钛酸钡纳米粉体的特殊液相沉淀法制备 被引量:3

Preparation of Tetragonal Barium Titanate Nanoparticles using Novel Liquid-phase Precipitation Method

摘要 本文通过液相反应胶粒析出机理分析,采用快速高强度机械混合液相复合沉淀法制备了小粒径高度均匀混合的氢氧化氧钛和碳酸钡复合纳米粉体。用TEM和XRD对粉体进行了表征。平均粒径为3.5nm,且分布均匀、疏松的无定形氢氧化氧钛和四方相碳酸钡混合粉体。利用纳米粒子小尺寸效应,在低温800℃条件下焙烧获得了钛酸钡纳米粉体。经TEM和XRD表征结果为平均粒径50nm的四方相钛酸钡纳米粉体。 Compound nanopowders with small size of highly homogenous mixed TiO(OH)_2 and BaCO_3 were prepared by rapidly mechanical mixing with high strength, using novel liquid-phase co-precipitation method based on mechanism analysis of colloidal particle precipitation in liquid phase reaction. TEM shows that the powders were in homogenous and loose dispersion with average diameter of 3 5nm. XRD indicates that TiO(OH)_2 is amorphous and BaCO_3 is tetragonal. As a result of little dimensional effect, the compound nanopowders crystallized into tetragonal BaTiO_3 nanoparticles after calcination at 800℃, a fairly low temperature. XRD presents that BaTiO_3 nanoparticles were tetragonal. TEM shows the nanoparticles were monodispersed with average diameter of 50nm.
