追求长期不断的成长虽已成为大多数企业的目标之一,但并非所有的企业都能如愿以偿,究其原因,决策中"系统思考"的缺失是其中关键因素。通过应用枚举法分析了阻碍企业决策中"系统思考"应用的一些因素,在分析清阻碍系统思考在企业决策中应用的因素的基础了,提出几条有助于企业决策中应用"系统思考"的建议和意见。

The pursuit of a constant growth in the long term has become one of the goals for most corporations. However, not all of them can fulfill their aim. The lack of 'thinking systematically' is one of the key factors. At first, the author explains the idea of 'thinking systematically'. Secondly, the author analyses several factors that hinder the application of 'thinking systematically'. Finally, several suggestions for the practice of 'think systematically' are presented.
