采用一系列非线性函数对科技进步因素进行定量分析,确定了科技进步对经济增长的贡献作用及科技进步与经济增长之间的关系,从而提出应从加大科技投入,加快产业结构调整、优化资源配置等方面来提高经济增长质量。

This paper adopted a series of non-linear function for the analysis of quantization of the factor to the scientific and technological progress in order to define all of the factors of social contribution to economic increase. The relationship between science and technology and economic increase is presented for enlarging scientific and technological investment, accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure and optimizing resources disposition for improving the quality of economic growth.
