摘要
民国时期海河流域水患频仍,原因是多方面的。其中,以太行山区森林破坏、水土流失和海河平原湖泊淤废为特征的生态环境恶化是主要原因。同时,海河流域水患频繁、堤溃河决又加剧了生态环境的恶化。
Floods in Haihe river basin were very serious in the period of the Republic of China,among the causes,the deterioration of ecological environment was the main one,which was featured as the soil erosion caused by deforestation in the Taihang mountain area,and the silted lakes and ponds in Haihe plain.Meanwile,the floods made ecological environment even worse.
