不同处理方法对秦艽种子发芽率的影响

Influence of different disposal ways on germination ratio of large-leaved gentian seeds

目的:筛选加速种子萌发的有效处理方法。方法:采用药剂处理、温汤浸种等方法处理秦艽种子,用统计学的方法比较不同处理间发芽率的差异。结果:恒温暗培养条件下,各处理间差异较大,用赤霉素处理的种子,发芽率较高,用NaHCO3溶液处理的种子发芽率次之;在室温条件下,各处理对发芽率影响差异较小。结论:在恒温暗培养条件下。

Objective:To sieve a kind of effective way to accelerate the germination of the seed. Methods:Large-leaved gentian seeds were treated with the drug and hot water treatment of seeds, et al. The difference of germination ratio by different ways was compared with statistical way. Results:Under thermostatic-dark, the germination ratio of the seeds treated with the gibberellin was higher, the germination ratio of the seeds treated with sodium hydrogencarbonate solution came second. Under indoor temperature circumstances, the difference of every group was little. Conclusion:The gibberellin may increase markedly the germination ratio of large-leaved gentian seeds under thermostatic-dark circumstances.
